Launch timeline
A launch, week by week.
A typical eight-week Launch site. Smaller launches compress these steps; larger ones repeat the build and test weeks.
- Week 1
Brief
Kick-off call, product walkthrough and the written brief. We fix the launch date and what must be live on it.
- Week 2
Story
Positioning, key messages and the scroll storyboard, beat by beat. You approve the story before any design.
- Week 3
Direction
Visual direction and motion tests for the key scenes, so you see how it moves, not just how it looks.
- Week 4
Design
The flagship page and supporting pages designed in full, with copy in place.
- Week 5
Build
Pages coded, CMS set up and the scroll scenes wired. You get a private preview link.
- Week 6
3D and content
3D and interactive pieces built in, final content loaded and checked with your team.
- Week 7
Test
Speed, accessibility and real-device checks. Fixes from your review round.
- Week 8
Launch
We go live with you on the day, then hand over the code, files and guide.
What we need from you
Six things that keep the date safe.
- 01
A launch date
Even a rough one. Every plan we make works back from it.
- 02
One decision maker
One person who can approve the story, the design and the launch.
- 03
Feedback within two working days
Each review round is planned into the schedule, so quick replies keep the date safe.
- 04
Product access
The product itself, samples, CAD or packaging files: whatever shows how it really works.
- 05
Brand assets and facts
Logos, fonts and any figures or claims you want on the page, with their sources.
- 06
Domain and hosting access
Or the person who holds it, a week before launch.
Questions about working with us
Are these prices fixed?
They are starting points. After the first call we send a written proposal with a fixed price for the agreed scope, so there are no surprises.
How do payments work?
Usually 40% to start, 30% at design sign-off and 30% at launch. Smaller projects can be split in two.
Can we start with a smaller piece of work?
Yes. Many clients start with Story and strategy or a single 3D viewer, then build from there.
What if our launch date is very close?
Tell us the date on the first call. If it cannot work, we say so then, and what we would cut to make it.
Do you work with teams outside the UK and India?
Yes. Our studios are in Nottingham and New Delhi, and calls happen at a time that suits your time zone.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before the first detailed conversation if you need one.
