RNG Leather
A Kanpur export house with fifteen years of real credentials, shipping to 21 countries, looked online like every other supplier. We built a site that does what a sample does: it lets a buyer take the product apart.

01
The challenge
RNG makes private-label belts, bags, wallets and pet products for brands in 21 countries across Europe, North America and Australia. It has a BSCI A grade, LWG-certified sourcing, ISO certification and awards from the Council for Leather Exports. None of that was visible before a buyer asked for samples.
The audience is a sourcing manager comparing suppliers. They want proof of quality, capacity and compliance, quickly, and a direct way to start a conversation.
02
The idea
Make the website behave like a sample on the table. The home page opens on a dark stage with the product range as the hero, then takes a 3D belt apart as you scroll: buckle, leather, filler, adhesive and colours, design. Each beat carries one sourcing claim, so the manufacturing argument is made visually, the way a buyer inspects a product.

03
What we built
The site, its 3D product stage and teardown, a world map of export markets, the compliance and comparison sections, and separate product worlds for belts, bags, wallets and pet products. Pet products deliberately switches to a lighter, photographic look for a different buyer. Every page leads to one action: book a call on WhatsApp.

04
What comes next
We continue to look after the site. The next pass tightens the copy and lightens the home page for buyers on slow connections.
